Kathleen L. Pellegrino is a staff attorney for the Sun-Sentinel responsible for newsroom-related issues.  Ms. Pellegrino also oversees the recruiting and hiring of the Sun-Sentinel's newsroom staff. She's worked for the Sun-Sentinel for 29 years, initially as a reporter and later as an editor.  She graduated from the University of Florida, where she studied journalism, and holds a law degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is former chair of the Florida Bar Media & Communications Law Committee.
